רוצים לבטל? כך עושים את זה
שלחו לנו הודעה בכל אחת מהדרכים הבאות, עם שם מלא ומספר הזמנה:

אין צורך לנמק את הביטול.
לקוחות בישראל
- ניתן לבטל תוך 14 ימים מיום קבלת הפריט או מסמך פרטי העסקה, לפי המאוחר.
- אדם עם מוגבלות, אזרח ותיק (65 ומעלה) או עולה חדש רשאי לבטל תוך 4 חודשים, בתנאים המפורטים בתקנון.
- בביטול שאינו בשל פגם ייגבו דמי ביטול של 5% ממחיר הפריט או 100 ₪, לפי הנמוך, ועלות המשלוח חזרה חלה על הלקוח.
- ההחזר הכספי יבוצע תוך 14 ימים מקבלת הודעת הביטול, לאותו אמצעי תשלום.
לקוחות מחוץ לישראל
- ניתן לבטל תוך 14 ימים מיום קבלת הפריט, ללא דמי ביטול.
- יש לשלוח את הפריט חזרה תוך 14 ימים מהודעת הביטול. עלות המשלוח חזרה חלה על הלקוח.
- נחזיר את התשלום, כולל דמי המשלוח המקוריים בתעריף הבסיסי, תוך 14 ימים מהודעת הביטול. אנו רשאים לעכב את ההחזר עד שנקבל את הפריט או הוכחת משלוח, לפי המוקדם.
- לקוחות באיחוד האירופי ובבריטניה יכולים להשתמש בטופס הביטול שבתחתית העמוד (באנגלית), אך אין חובה לעשות זאת.
פריט פגום, שגוי או שונה מהתיאור
פנו אלינו בהקדם עם מספר ההזמנה ותמונות. במקרה כזה לא ייגבו דמי ביטול, יוחזר מלוא הסכום כולל דמי משלוח, ואנחנו נישא בעלות ההחזרה. סימני גיל ובלאי שתוארו בדף המוצר או נראו בתמונות הם חלק מתיאור הפריט ואינם פגם.
מצב הפריט המוחזר
יש להחזיר את הפריט במצב שבו התקבל. אפשר לבחון את הפריט כפי שבוחנים אותו בחנות. אם הפריט ניזוק או שונה לאחר המסירה, ייתכן ניכוי בגובה הנזק, ככל שהדין מתיר.
משלוח חזרה
מומלץ לשלוח במשלוח רשום ומבוטח. במשלוח מחו"ל, נא לסמן את החבילה כ-"Returned goods" כדי למנוע חיוב במכס.
החלפות
איננו מציעים החלפה ישירה, כי רוב הפריטים ייחודיים. אפשר לבטל ולבצע הזמנה חדשה.

You don't need to give a reason.
Customers in Israel
- You may cancel within 14 days of receiving the item or the transaction details document, whichever is later.
- A person with a disability, a senior citizen (65+) or a new immigrant may cancel within 4 months, under the conditions set out in our Terms.
- If you cancel for a reason other than a defect, a cancellation fee of 5% of the item price or ILS 100 (whichever is lower) applies, and return shipping is at your expense.
- Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, to the original payment method.
Customers outside Israel
- You may cancel within 14 days of receiving the item, with no cancellation fee.
- Please send the item back within 14 days of your cancellation notice. Return shipping is at your expense.
- We will refund your payment, including the original standard shipping cost, within 14 days of your cancellation notice. We may hold the refund until we receive the item or proof that you have sent it, whichever is earlier.
- Customers in the EU and UK may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not required.
Defective, wrong or misdescribed items
Contact us promptly with your order number and photos. No cancellation fee applies, we will refund the full amount including shipping, and we will cover the cost of the return. Signs of age and wear that were described on the product page or visible in the photos are part of the item's description and are not defects.
Legal guarantee (EU/UK): Your statutory rights regarding goods that do not conform to the contract apply under the law of your country of residence. For second-hand goods, some countries allow this period to be shortened to no less than one year.
Condition of returned items
Please return the item in the condition you received it. You may examine it as you would in a shop. If the item is damaged or altered after delivery, we may deduct an amount reflecting the reduced value, where permitted by law.
Return shipping
We recommend tracked, insured post. For international returns, please mark the parcel as "Returned goods" to avoid customs charges.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges, as most pieces are one-of-a-kind. You're welcome to cancel and place a new order.
