The House of Symbols

The House of Symbols is working to make this website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities, in line with Israeli accessibility law. We are working to meet Israeli Standard 5568, which is based on WCAG guidelines at level AA.
What we have done
• All product images now include alternative text describing the item.
• The site has a consistent heading structure and a "Skip to content" link at the top of each page.
• The site can be navigated using a keyboard.
• Product descriptions are provided as text, not images, and include measurements and materials.
• Text can be enlarged using your browser.
• An accessibility widget (AccessEase) is installed as an additional aid. It does not replace accessibility built into the site itself.
Known limitations
• Some alternative texts are general, and we are improving them over time.
• Third-party components, such as the payment provider's checkout page and pop-ups, may not be fully accessible.
• A full professional accessibility audit has not yet been carried out.
Accessible service
We operate online only and have no physical store. If you have difficulty using the site, we're happy to help you complete your order by phone, WhatsApp or email.
