איזה מידע אנו אוספים
- פרטי קשר: שם, דוא"ל, טלפון, כתובת למשלוח ולחיוב.
- פרטי הזמנה: הפריטים שנרכשו, סכומים ומועדים. פרטי כרטיס האשראי מעובדים אצל ספק הסליקה בלבד ואינם נשמרים אצלנו.
- התכתבויות איתנו.
- מידע טכני: כתובת IP, סוג מכשיר ודפדפן, ואופן השימוש באתר, כולל באמצעות עוגיות.
האם חובה למסור את המידע
אין חובה חוקית למסור לנו מידע. עם זאת, בלי שם, כתובת, דוא"ל ופרטי תשלום לא נוכל לטפל בהזמנה ולשלוח אותה.
למה אנו משתמשים במידע, ועל איזה בסיס
- טיפול בהזמנה, משלוח, החזרות ושירות לקוחות: לצורך ביצוע העסקה.
- הנהלת חשבונות ומיסים: לצורך עמידה בחובה חוקית.
- אבטחה ומניעת הונאות, ושיפור האתר: מכוח אינטרס לגיטימי שלנו.
- עוגיות שאינן חיוניות ופרסום (למשל פיקסל של Meta): רק בהסכמתכם, דרך באנר העוגיות, ככל שהדין מחייב זאת.
- דיוור שיווקי: כרגע איננו שולחים דיוור. אם נתחיל, נעשה זאת רק בהסכמה מפורשת, עם אפשרות הסרה בכל עת.
עם מי אנו משתפים מידע
- Shopify, פלטפורמת החנות.
- ספקי תשלום, כפי שמוצגים בעמוד התשלום.
- חברות שילוח ודואר.
- רואה החשבון שלנו, ככל שנדרש.
- פלטפורמות פרסום כמו Meta, רק בהסכמתכם.
- רשויות, כשהחוק מחייב זאת.
איננו מוכרים מידע אישי.
העברת מידע מחוץ למדינה
המידע עשוי להישמר ולעבור עיבוד בישראל ובמדינות שבהן פועלים ספקי השירות שלנו, כמו ארה"ב וקנדה. הנציבות האירופית קבעה כי ישראל מספקת רמת הגנה נאותה על מידע אישי. העברות אחרות מתבצעות בכפוף למנגנונים מוכרים, כמו סעיפים חוזיים סטנדרטיים.
כמה זמן נשמור את המידע
מידע על הזמנות וחשבוניות נשמר 7 שנים, בהתאם לדיני המס בישראל. מידע אחר נשמר כל עוד הוא נחוץ למטרה שלשמה נאסף.
הזכויות שלכם
אתם רשאים לעיין במידע שלכם ולבקש לתקן או למחוק אותו. לקוחות באיחוד האירופי ובבריטניה רשאים גם להגביל עיבוד, להתנגד לו, לקבל את המידע בפורמט נייד, ולבטל הסכמה בכל עת. לפניות: thehouseofsymbols18@gmail.com. ייתכן שנבקש לאמת את זהותכם.

What we collect
- Contact details: name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address.
- Order details: items purchased, amounts and dates. Card details are processed only by the payment provider and are not stored by us.
- Communications with us.
- Technical information: IP address, device and browser type, and how you use the site, including through cookies.
Do you have to provide it?
There is no legal obligation to provide information. However, without your name, address, email and payment details we cannot process or ship your order.
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- Processing orders, shipping, returns and customer service: to perform our contract with you.
- Accounting and tax: to comply with legal obligations.
- Security, fraud prevention and improving the site: our legitimate interests.
- Non-essential cookies and advertising (such as the Meta Pixel): only with your consent, through the cookie banner, where required by law.
- Marketing emails: we do not currently send any. If we start, we will do so only with your explicit consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
- Shopify, our store platform.
- Payment providers, as shown at checkout.
- Shipping and postal companies.
- Our accountant, where necessary.
- Advertising platforms such as Meta, only with your consent.
- Authorities, where required by law.
We do not sell personal information.
International transfers
Your information may be stored and processed in Israel and in countries where our service providers operate, such as the United States and Canada. The European Commission has recognized Israel as providing an adequate level of data protection. Other transfers rely on recognized safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for 7 years, as required by Israeli tax law. Other information is kept only as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected.
Your rights
You may access your information and ask us to correct or delete it. Customers in the EU and UK may also restrict or object to processing, receive their data in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact: thehouseofsymbols18@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity.
Complaints
